Hotel Gilze-Tilburg would like to expand its kitchen team with an innovative, professional and motivating manager, and are therefore looking for a Sous-Chef.

Ready for the next step as a kitchen manager? And would you like to leave an important mark on the culinary level of our company? If you like a large and fast kitchen environment, a place that adds flavor and color to your day, then you are the one we need as well as the person responsible for our kitchen team! You are eager to learn about cost control and figure reports for the kitchen. And are you going to be responsible, together with the Chef, for coordinating the work in the kitchen for the à la carte restaurant, banqueting, live cooking, the extensive breakfast and the buffets? You lead the entire kitchen brigade and the rinse kitchen department and you report to the Chef.
